Why would somebody go to the trouble of parking a car in an area where there are Security Cameras?It is obvious that the person driving Jennifers vehicle waited 30 some seconds before exiting because they were either in contact with somebody monitoring the cameras or they were timing the cameras to be obscured by the bars of the gate when walking away. All Cameras do not have the same intervals of picture taking such as 3 seconds so the person had to know the type of camera and its capabilities.They had to get htis knowledge from a source.
